Cosmetic containers come in four families: caps and closures; pumps and sprayers; makeup parts; and bottles and jars. Each part is chosen by its neck, its dose or its finish. Caps and pumps are matched to the bottle by neck size, pumps also by how much they give per stroke, and makeup parts by the finish the shopper sees.

Chosen by the neck on the bottle. Our neck finish chart lists every cap against every neck it comes in. Ask about this one →
Chosen by neck and by dose. A lotion pump gives 2 cc or 4 cc a stroke, a cream pump about 1 cc; an airless pump is sized by capacity instead of a neck. See airless pump vs lotion pump for how the two main pumps differ. Ask about this one →
On a shampoo cap you look at the neck size; on a compact, you look at the finish. Finishes and decoration: metallized, hot stamping, matte / soft touch, pad printing, silk screen, UV coating and color matching. Two-shot moulding puts two colors into one part. The numbers that matter are the pan sizes: round pans 36 to 59 mm and square 47 and 56 mm for compacts, inner pans 62 to 70 mm for cushion compacts. Ask about this one →
HDPE, PET and PP bottles, PETG double-wall jars and cosmetic jars. HDPE bottles are made by extrusion blow moulding and PET bottles by injection stretch blow moulding. HDPE comes in 24/410, 28/410, 28/400 and 38/400, PET in 24/410, and our PP jar in 58 mm. See HDPE vs PET vs PP for choosing the material. Ask about this one →
Caps, pumps and makeup parts are injection moulded in Morocco; the bottles are blown in our own factory. They match the necks of the caps and pumps we supply.
Start with what the part is judged by. For a cap or a pump, that is the neck on your bottle — look it up on the neck finish chart or send us a photo. For a pump, add the dose per stroke. For a makeup part, it is the finish and, for compacts, the pan size.

Round pans from 36 to 59 mm and square pans of 47 and 56 mm. Cushion compacts take inner pans of 62 to 70 mm. Tell us the pan you fill, or send a photo of a reference compact, and we’ll quote the compact to match your pan and your finish.
The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, for caps and pumps as well as compacts and lipstick tubes. Lead time is 7–25 days on an existing mould and 30–60 days on a new one. Tell us the part and send a photo or a reference sample. Get an exact quote within 24–48 hours.
A photo of your current bottle or pump is enough. You do not need to know the reference numbers.
